  First off, the hours say 8 am - 9 pm. it's beeen more than 20 minutes and they still arent open. Secondly when I mention promos I have to actually point to the promo in location because most of the staff dont know them regularly. They Barely put much on the sandwich and when I've tried to use my rewards most of the staff always struggle. They get more things right on online orders but still fail to get most of it. Only consolation is gil when he is in. He's they only one helpful.

  1.3/5, Not somewhere I’d recommend unless something changes drastically. They seem to put minimal effort into making the sandwiches (I dunno, is it because they don’t pay their associates better so they can care about what they do?), sparse filling, less accommodating, they don’t seem to ever take promos (yes, they have the right to deny promos), and the cherry on top was that the last visit left me with an upset stomach. At over $15 for a meal, not worth it since the one thing positive used to be they were generous with the way they made your food and it used to be quick and inexpensive. With $15+ I’ll just make my own “premium” sandwiches.

  I got here at 9:15am and they told me they are not open yet! The hours on the door say open at 7:00am and the website says 8:00am. Yet it's 9:15 am and they have me waiting. Staff not friendly at all.

  I travel for a living and I'll say this is the best Subway I've been to in California. The food was great, veggies were cut nicely and obviously fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend :)
