  I showed up January 2nd at 6:25pm. To a locked door, and no employees inside. The sign on the window says you are open until 6:30. This isn't the first time this has happened. And several times given attitude that I'm showing up CLOSE to closing time. Just stay open until the time listed on your sign. This is the closest UPS store to my house, but it's still a 20 minute drive. That's 40 minutes of my time wasted, plus gas, to get to a locked door. I have a full time job, and also run my own small business, so after working all day, I come home, and try to pack up orders as fast as I can you get there on time. Don't treat me like I'm doing something wrong by getting there close to closing time, and stop closing early.

  I love this location! They are fast and efficient, and I have never had any issues with my shipments. It also helps that they are super friendly and helpful!
