  Zero stars please! Unfortunately for UPS I will not be doing business with them. I had an important check going to Arizona and it was delivered to someone in Wisconsin. The person in Wisconsin signed for it, I have proof. As soon as I noticed this great error, I had to make my way to a Chase branch to put a stop payment on the check. I had to reissue another check and figure out an alternative to send the check. I went in to this UPS store and explained the situation to the employee, she made sure to tell me that they always verify with the customer the address on the screen. I explained again that the issue was not the incorrect address on the package. When she realized it wasn't a customer error she said she'd have her manager call me the next day. I didn't get a call the next day but some days later a very professional employee called and said that the package was now on its way to Arizona. I explained that unfortunately I had to put a stop payment because someone received and signed for my package in Wisconsin. He understood and said he'd talk to his manager about refunding me. I thought, great! Unfortunately no one called me, so I called and I was told that the package was in transit to the right location. I had to explain again what happened. She said she'd have her manager call me (again). The manager did finally call me. She told me that my package made it to Arizona but no one was home to sign for it. I explained the situation again & explained that I had to put a stop payment on the check because someone signed and accepted the package in Wisconsin. She insisted it was only at the wrong UPS facility and that it was rerouted and she wasn't going to refund me. I have been very patient throughout this whole process but I'm extremely dissatisfied! I paid for a service that they could not fulfill.

  Good UPS Store. The best! Seems like I'm there at least once a week, and the friendly staff always gets it done for me, even when I have to ship an oddball package. The service is always fast!

  They are ALWAYS so accommodating and nice at this location! Much better than the other store one exit south on the 215.
