  Maxine and her fiancee are unprofessional!! He had an issue with me in the parking lot and proceeded to call me names as we both walked into the store. The other ladies are great at least!!!!

  Very friendly and professional environment. employees go out of their way to assist and give great customer service. Thank you for making things very easy for us too understand and get the task done.

  The young lady that helped me today was outstanding!( I think Nicolette ?sorry if wrong name)). Their systems were down and Amazon was jacked up so the line was quite long. She kept her poise and was very polite and friendly to all the guests!! Great job!!!

  This UPS store is awful, every time we use there's a issue. Went in July 16 to send my daughter her ID/passport in Hawaii to travel on a trip for school. We had everything in a small white envelope thinking Lorenzo (employee) would put in a big size UPS envelope and send, NO he just slaps the printed sticker on it and sends?! Now the envelope is lost, UPS useless, (all UPS tracking department does is lie, even store manager agreed the envelope never been scanned and they told me it had) the manager called a week and a half later with no apology but is go to open claim. My daughters trip is August 9th and because of a LAZY EMPLOYEE LORENZO my daughter will miss her trip and I'll be out $3,000 dollars. Never ship UPS and last time we use that store.
