  The past few days I’ve gone in and was helped by a girl with a lip piercing, she was very rude, on her phone, playing loud music, and then proceeded to take her time to actually welcome and serve me. She had attitude through the whole time of me ordering and had a nasty face. Not only that but she also threw my veggies and my meat on, not well presented as it usually is, very upsetting to see no care from this employee as a usual customer. Every time I’ve gone in it has always been a good experience with every other employee, they always keep conversation with me, and the service is amazing, quick, and the food is always fresh and presented perfectly. I hope next time i come in she has a better attitude and isn’t working like she hates her job!

  American girl who made my sub was very friendly and helpful. With a Subway in every shopping center, it’s nice to find one with friendly, easy to understand service; and no AirPods in.

  The veggies arent fresh 1/3 times, and if you get the fat torta making your sandwhich know your getting skimpped on protein becuase she likely thinks if she saves it she can eat it later or some im not too sure.. all the other workers go about it accordingly though

  My grandma and I were in there with nobody else inside for 20 minutes and were waiting to order with no service being given. We understand there is pick up orders but the place was empty and orders being left on the shelf that weren’t ready for pick up until later. You would just expect customer service to be better
