- MMMakhanjit macApr 24, 20261.0Store clerk very Rude and super Arrogant. I’m there with my wife for Notary. He said to my wife tell me where you sign. She said I don’t know you tell me. You are Notarized.and he Refused. I said why you doing Man. And he start Arguments. He is very Sensless.
- JHJustin HubbardApr 24, 20261.0I had a box of items to repackage and ship. The box was oversized for my needs. She would not let me take items out and consider a smaller box at the store. Explained she would charge me $85 service fee to repackage box. Total cost with shipping would have been over $650. I went down the street to FedEx and they did everything for $165. I wouldn't trust the 4.4 star review.
- EEElberethApr 15, 20265.0I used the Notary service with Trisha today. I also shipped and had a return. This is a one stop shop for all your needs. Had a very pleasant experience, all the staff is very helpful. Will definitely be using my coupon for printing also! Highly recommend.

Staff refused to answer the time the store opens again. Staff yelled at customer “I’m not getting paid.” “I am closing the door now.” Terrible experience. Extremely disappointing customer service.
