  Always Long line with one or two associates serving only . But one or two associates handling stuff but not helping the line . No kiosk for self help to print the label . Will not return to the spot again

  Friendly service but that’s it. $5 printing fee PLUS 39¢ per black and white page. FedEx doesn’t have that ridiculous fee and the per-page price is less.

  0 star. It took them 30 minutes to print something ??? And printed it wrong ???The staff here are pretty rude incapable and unprofessional

  Walked an hour to the store in the middle of normal business hours for a simple package drop off. I didn’t need a receipt or anything I simply just was trying to drop off a package but when I walked in the store the staff was pretty rude and aggressively said they were closed despite it being the middle of the day on a weekday during the normal listed operating hours. I tried to politely explain that all I was trying to do was just drop off a package which I have done quickly numerous times before but was met with aggression reiterating that they were closed with no explanation or attempt at patience or understanding. I left utterly baffled by the experience as I was not sure what I had done to deserve such treatment. Very disappointing experience
