  Walked an hour to the store in the middle of normal business hours for a simple package drop off. I didn’t need a receipt or anything I simply just was trying to drop off a package but when I walked in the store the staff was pretty rude and aggressively said they were closed despite it being the middle of the day on a weekday during the normal listed operating hours. I tried to politely explain that all I was trying to do was just drop off a package which I have done quickly numerous times before but was met with aggression reiterating that they were closed with no explanation or attempt at patience or understanding. I left utterly baffled by the experience as I was not sure what I had done to deserve such treatment. Very disappointing experience

  I came in to do a simple amazon return, thats it just a simple return. Then they started telling me that their system was down so they sent me to the other UPS store in mountain view. When I got to the other store, they were able to process my return even though they let me know that their system was also down. I don't understand why they were able to help me but this store just sent me away. So this store just made me waste my time. Not only this, but previously I had gone into this store to print a sheet only to find out it would be over $5 for one sheet, that's insane. I asked the other store what their cost would be and it's about half. Overpriced store that is not willing to help.

  Called on Friday July 3rd to confirm open hours. Got a phone tree robot. Asked to “speak to someone” and the robot said “I know you want to speak to someone, but I need to know what you’re calling about” 🤬 I said “store hours” and it didn’t understand me. Went to the store during the Google Maps listed open hours and they were closed. RIP. One star

  Nina was super helpful ! Came in at 8:30am and she opened up real fast and politely. Efficient great worker had. Had a notary problem and she guided us through it
