Both the Mountain View and Palo Alto locations have consistently been excellent. Every time I’ve visited either store, the team has been cheerful, smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. They take the time to listen, understand your query, and assist you patiently and efficiently. Both locations are clean, well organized, and the service is usually very quick without long waits. I’ve had very positive experiences at both and would happily recommend either location.

This ups store is probably the best one I've been to in the local area, when I went with my mother, the workers helped my mother with the packaging process, and were kind and helpful to us. If you need to go to a ups store, this is one the best ones there is.

This UPS store is the best one I've been to in the area. Staff are super helpful and quick. Dennis was super helpful in helping me pack and ship my PC across the country. They offer surprisingly good rates!
