Very Rude & arrogant new staff. Preparing sandwich as if they are doing a favor.

Placed an order using the subway app as I usually do. Got to the restaurant and they state that they didn’t receive my order, and they can’t make my sandwich. I show both ladies on shift proof and they inform me that they need to “call the manager” to confirm that I actually paid for my food. Accusing customers of trying to swindle a $10 sandwich even after they show proof is terrible customer service. In the end, they somehow called the manager and my sandwich was made after 10 minutes of arguing with me. Overall, poor customer service.
I placed an online order and the money was charged to my bank. It seems there was an issue with their system, so when I got there, they said they didn’t receive an order. They called their manager and asked what to do, and the manager told them NOT to make the order, even after I showed them my order and the payment from my bank. I had limited time on my lunch break, so I left with no food for lunch.

This marks the second time I have visited this Subway location and received poor service from the very same employee. He treats you as if he absolutely loathes you. This time—specifically today, December 4, 2026, at 6:45 PM—this employee simply ignored me. He did not serve me, did not answer the questions I asked, and didn't even make eye contact. I walked out of the store and will never return. I hope this review reaches the attention of the owner of this location.

Avoid this place, it's truly awful. The portion of teriyaki chicken there is like I'm begging for it. They added two tablespoons of meat, and when I complained because it's supposed to be a 6-ounce sandwich, they got angry. I complained because I had already paid, but honestly, they're so incompetent and incompetent with customers. It's the first time I've ever felt ripped off at a Subway in California.
