  I believe the employee’s name was Melinda \(or Malinda\)\. The customer service I received was very disappointing\. She refused to honor my coupon, had a rude attitude, and even laughed at me during our interaction\. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully\. I hope management addresses this so other customers have a better experience\.

  First time leaving a review anywhere but WOW. You now have to order at a kiosk, you CANT order by just talking to a person, and your order is added to same queue as online orders. I was told i would need to wait for all 5 orders to be completed before mine would even start. Unbelievable! I have literally never seen something like this, what a TERRIBLE SLOPPY POLICY. I will never come here again, shocking stuff!
