  This place used to be a good one but the new staff is very rude. I requested whether the staff can accept my Amazon return package (since the gentleman in front of me had a big bag full of items for self scanning) and she was so hostile to me. Either you don’t like customers dropping the Amazon packages or you don’t care about customers. Your staff tells that clearly.

  Horrible customer service. Dirty place trash over flowing and no bags available for our return. How do you run out? The sad part is there are two people standing around not doing anything!!

  Had a really great experience at The UPS Store. I came in for some return packages and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Narinder was very helpful, patient, and took the time to explain all the services they offer in detail instead of rushing through the process. The store is very clean, organized, and professionally set up. I noticed they offer much more than just shipping and returns - mailbox rentals, printing services, packing supplies, fingerprinting/live scan services, and packaging solutions as well. The mailbox area looked secure and well maintained, and the self-service workstation/printing area was very convenient. Highly recommend this location for shipping, Amazon returns, printing, mailbox services, and fingerprinting needs!
