  Most of the times I’ve come here I have felt very unwelcome by some employees. I typically return a lot of Amazon packages as I’m recently pregnant and trying to figure out what fits/doesn’t. I’ve caught some staff laughing and looking while I use the self service machine or I almost feel like I’m bothering them if I have to go up to them for the returns. Don’t think I will be back.

  I had a mailbox here for a while. Most of the employees are ok, just ok, but the male owner is honestly one of the rudest I have met and does not seem to care about his customers at all. When I decided to cancel my mailbox, I was originally told it would cost 20 dollars. When I went in, he refused to release my mail unless I paid 40 dollars instead. He basically held my mail hostage until I paid him. That felt completely wrong and unprofessional. On top of that, he told me he would not hold or forward my mail, even though I was unable to forward it through USPS because it is considered a business address. There was no understanding or willingness to help at all. I would not recommend this place based on how the male owner treats customers. Just be aware of how things are handled if you decide to rent a mailbox here.
