  Worst subway in Moreno Valley hands down!! The management is one of the worst I’ve seen compared to other subways in Moreno Valley. I asked for certain things in my sub and they weren’t even in the sandwich when I got home and opened it up! Avoid this place at all costs!!! There’s a reason why it has such a low rating!

  I gave this place one star because it didn’t let me give it anything less! Their customer service is trash. I ordered sandwiches online when I got back to work, they were completely wrong. The only way to get a refund is if I drove back to take them back the sandwiches. As it is, I have a very short lunch therefore I have no time to go back. That’s what they require. Horrible customer service will never order from here again. How do you mess up ham and bacon with Tuna? So disappointing with their level of customer service I will definitely be letting everyone I know not to expect much from this location!!

  Had an online order and got the about the time it said it was going to be ready however when I got there it wasn’t even made yet. It was two younger females running the store at the time and were both arguing with each other. Some words that were exchanged were “stupid”. The older ladies who run the store however are super great.
