  When I came inside to order my food, the lady that helped me came upfront from the back room, and she did not change her gloves. Her gloves look very wrinkly and they were torn around the wrist, and she was very nice. She came in and asked me what I wanted and she started making my sandwich and I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t tell her to change her gloves. I just let her make it and then I just got my bag of chips and paid for my food and when the next customer was coming in after me. She did not change her gloves for that customer either and I am in early pregnancy so I don’t want to risk getting sick so I just threw my sandwich away and I ate my bag of chips, but that is very unsanitary. She should be changing her gloves before every customer that’s very nasty. You can look on the camera and see what happened.. I was there on May 27th 2026 at 11:21am.

  Trash service. They made my online order wrong and refuse to get it right. They never answer they phone and in person refuse to allow you to contact management. All bad!

  I would like to share my experience at this location which is always the best! I would like to particularly commend Ms. Crystal, Ms. Jasmine, and Mr. Gibran for their excellent customer service always!

  Terrible experience , no recognition while entering the store , employee name Denise was so rude , she wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking for , when asked for adding stuff on my sandwich she was being rude , didn’t asked if I needed anything at check out was so rude that she didn’t even said thank you to me instead I had to say thank you to her . Overall terrible customer service .
