  Omar is rude and unprofessional to his crew mates. The nice lady was making a sandwich and he loudly scolded her and on a footlong told her it was only 1 scoop of meat allowed and with his hand took the meat off of the sandwich. The portions looked extra small for a footlong.

  Despite multiple opportunities to address a basic request—an empty napkin dispenser—the staff member present not only ignored me but retreated to the back and remained there for the duration of my meal. The dining experience was further diminished by a bread selection limited to just three varieties and an uninspired range of dressings. This level of negligence is indefensible, and I will not be returning. 👎

  I did an online order in the comments. I put the please do not put oil in vinegar on the sandwich. They didn't read it, they didn't do that. They put it on my sandwich before they would replace, and she called the district manager. The district manager said no, they were really friendly. But as for that discrete manager, not very professional, I told them that my sandwich would be soggy by the time that I got home, they did not care.Poor customers' service
