Quien sea que llegue a este lugar, les recomiendo completamente a VALERIA!
Este lugar espero se sientan orgullosos de tener a alguien como ella al frente y manejando el negocio de la manera en que lo hace.
Su carisma,trato,servicio
y su energia es dificil encontrar hoy en dia y mas en lugares como subway donde normalmente los empleados parecen estar todo el tiempo enojados.
Este es el primer subway que visito y quedé impactado con el servicio y actitud de Valeria.
Espero la hagan manager porque mas gente falta asi en este estado de California.

I recently placed an order with your restaurant, and by mistake, I accidentally placed a second order. I called immediately to inform you and request a cancellation, but no one answered at the time.
After the orders were prepared, your staff contacted me and said that the orders could not be canceled. I was charged for both orders, even though I attempted to cancel one promptly. I also asked to speak with management, but no assistance was provided.
I am requesting a refund for the duplicate order, as I made a good-faith attempt to cancel it before it was prepared. I would greatly appreciate your help resolving this issue.
I am currently here. I placed my order at 4:16 to be picked up for 5pm. I showed up at 5:15 and it was not ready. I received my order at 6:04 and it was missing 1 sandwich and 1 sandwich was wrong altogether. To wait 2 hours longer for subway and have it be wrong and missing items is ridiculous. And not that I was looking, but I didn’t even receive any compensation or coupon, which would have been nice. Please. Go to any other store aside from here. I will never be back
