  The one place you need to go and see first hand. Great phones. Store was super clean. The staff very polite. Walk in to buy my suegra. (Mom-in-law) A new phone. Sells rep. GLORIA.   This a terrible place with unprofessional customer service!! When I got home I saw on my receipt that I was charged $15 for some headphones that I NEVER agreed to buy! I spoke to customer service on the phone and was told to go back for a refund that I should’ve never got charged for that. Went back to this cricket store and the “manager” told me electronics are final sale and I couldn’t get a refund. The reason I was charged for the head phones was because they sale the sim card for $25 and they only charged me $10 so the headphones were basically free. This was not explained to me at all when setting up the line for my phone. Any other cricket store sales the sim cards for $10. This was very unprofessional.
