  This hotel has a severe issue. I reported gunshots - so loud it seemed as if they were coming from right outside my window. I'll guess this was around 2:30AM. My cell phone was on a table across the room. No way I'm getting out of bed with gunshots outside. The phone the hotel provides was right next to my bed so I was able to reach the front desk. In the dark, wasn't able to figure out how to call 911. It seems you have to use a prefix first. I tried 0 and that wasn't the correct guess. So, upon reaching the front desk, I advised Sergio of situation and asked him to call the police. His reply was simply inadequate. He said he'd come take a look. In my mind, that leaves me to believe a few things - do shootings happen here all the time, does he simply not care, or does he simply disregard his life enough that he would actually go check it out while there was an active shooter? All this aside, upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. The floor was absolutely disgusting. This easily could have been a very pleasant stay. The facilities and amenities are nice. I was even welcomed as a Rewards Member (Diamond Select.) Now there is absolutely no way I would return to this property. My choice of hotel this time was due to its location. It was quite near a meeting early the next morning. Next time I'll choose elsewhere.

  Una vez más satisfecho con BW, habitaciones limpias, alberca grande, excelente desayuno y siempre donde los necesitamos. Muy recomendable 👌

  Honestly this is my favorite Best Western. Room was HUGE, you could probably fit 3 rooms for Motel 6 into 1 room here in the King room they gave us. The grounds are pretty and everything is clean and updated, the other hotels in the area are just so raggedy. Conveniently next to freeway but also out of the way enough that it's quiet and safe. We like it very much.

  I recently stayed at the Best Western in Moreno Valley on June 28th, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. This was my second time staying there, as I had a decent visit the weekend prior, but this time was really a letdown. I woke up in the morning to insects in the room, which was just unacceptable. I tried to bring it up with customer service a few days later, since it was already too late to mention it before checkout. I was just hoping for some sort of resolution—maybe a discount or some gesture to make it right. But to my surprise, they were extremely unhelpful. The whole interaction felt very dismissive and unprofessional. It was clear that they don’t really value guest experience, which is a shame. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

  Third time coming here, always had a good experience, service is good very accommodated . For sure coming back . Staff so nice after I had just checked in I lost my room key, and they were nice enough to get me a new key free of charge.
