  We have a box at this UPS Store and can't be more pleased with the service we've received here, specifically from Kim and Shamim. They both greet us with a smile everytime, always attentive to us and other customers, and are knowledgeable of their offerings. Great for us small business owners but also great for others that need to ship the occasional package or dropping off Amazon returns. Location is great with plenty of parking, and prices for boxes are fair.

  Worst customer service ever. The lady named Forest lied to me several times when I dropped off my Amazon returned package. I came in on Thursday afternoon and after scanning my return code, she told me the system was down. I knew that was a lie because the previous customer did not have any problem and when I walked out of the store, another customer walked in with Amazon package and was able to return it. That is not the end of the story. I stopped by the next day to give it another try. This time, after scanning the QR code, she lied to me that I needed to print the return label. It was a huge lie because I chose the return option that UPS would print the label for me without any charge. After reading the Amazon return instruction to her, I finally revealed her lie and made her accept my returns.
