  I have never gone into a business—whether to purchase something or make a return—and walked out feeling like I did something wrong. The employees at this location are some of the most unhappy and unfriendly people I’ve encountered in my 48 years. If you dare ask a question, they speak to you like you’re a nuisance, as if it’s unreasonable to expect basic customer service. I’ve been using this store for about 12 years, back when I had my hardware store, and I can say without a doubt that I will never use it again. Stopping by during the day can ruin your entire mood simply from having to interact with the staff, even for something as simple as sending a package. The negativity from these employees is unbelievable.

  I no longer go this UPS store. The employee male tall with glasses is so incredibly rude. He seems to have a personal vendetta against Amazon. The employees at the La Canada location are so much nicer!
