  RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!! I had a 30 minute break from work (and I won't even be done until midnight) so I rushed to this UPS store before closing time to ship off 2 simple Amazon returns. Simple, right? When I walked in, the 2 employees were having a personal conversation and they were playing club music loudly in the store as if it's a party. Neither person said "Hi, welcome; how may I help you? The blonde man walked up to me without even saying a word and just stood there staring. I said "I have two simple Amazon returns". He grabbed the scanner and just stood there continuing to not speak. When the store's WiFi was so weak (somehow I had better WiFi at DelTaco???) that I could not even access my amazon account, he got mad at me and sighed. Then he said you have to print that label and we charge for printing. I'm sorry, then WHY are you getting ready to scan my return label? I walked out. Will NEVER return to this store until these unprofessional people are fired.

  Adrianna is rude, snarky and disrespectful. She got my package so I suppose my business was accomplished, but must I also be mocked? And btw, she continued grumbling her rudeness to herself as I was leaving. May need meds, but in the short term, another job that doesn’t involve dealing with humans.

  Andrew is awesome! He helped me and my family more times than I can count. Very professional and dealt with my postal issues in a timely manner! Love this place!!!
