  Adrianna is rude, snarky and disrespectful. She got my package so I suppose my business was accomplished, but must I also be mocked? And btw, she continued grumbling her rudeness to herself as I was leaving. May need meds, but in the short term, another job that doesn’t involve dealing with humans.

  The tall white guy with glasses needs to be dealt with by higher management. Super rude, unhelpful and bully to other coworkers. I guess his name is Zoly as referred by other unhappy customers in the other reviews. Will never be back to this store.

  But for the fact that my package was accepted, I would rate the guy who waited on me (to say he helped me would be a lie) a 0. A guy by the name of Zoly could see I had a broken wrist and didn’t offer to help lift the package. He didn’t give me any options for shipping. When I asked if it was insured he said for $100. Again didn’t ask the value of the contents. He was actually extraordinarily unpleasant. I asked if he was having a bad day and he nodded his head and continued being dour. The irony of it all is that something popped up on the screen that said “You are being helped by our friendly sales associate Zoly.” I realize the guy isn’t doing a root canal on me but if I’m paying $67 to ship a package he could be nice.
