  Weird service. Felt uncomfortable. Charged me for a box when I already had a box and they didn’t even box it up in front and of me. Didn’t greet. Just “put it there”

  Kevin, employee at this store, should be fired posthaste for attitude and ineptitude. I called asking for reference numbers related to a shipment I paid for from this store, and for several minutes Kevin refused to give me the information. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by anyone in my life. Kevin said he's been doing this for twenty years — and that is twenty years too many. He stubbornly refused to help me, and then claimed that it was my fault for needing a shipment in the first place. Not only do I recommend that you not use this UPS Store, but I personally will never use UPS Again. This is the last straw, and you have Kevin to thank for it. ————— EDIT: The management at this store responded asking me to email them for further resolution. What they DIDN’T tell you is that I already wrote to that email address BEFORE I wrote my review of the store. Which is proof positive that all they care about is online damage control. They don’t care AT ALL about fixing the problems at their dysfunctional store. They don’t care AT ALL about fixing the problems with their toxic, rude and aggressively horrible employee Kevin.

  This is my business of choice for shipping stuff. I do a lot of mailing and have tried all the other places in town. These guys get it done and occasionally do me a favor. Sometimes when I'm in line I do hear irate customers with unreasonable requests. I choose not to blame the staff who have always done me right.

  Do not use them for NOTARY services. They do not respect the appointment times. Reply to the owner: Chris or Linda, there is nothing to follow up with me. Talk to your employee about why he wasn't there at the appointment time. More importantly ask them why they didn't care to say I am sorry when they were back because i wouldn't be leaving this comment if he did.

  I have to use this location a lot... always curteous... prompt... and they smile!! 👍🏻
