  Like many others on this thread this location is the closest to my house. It consistently smells of cigaret smoke and it hits you in the face when you walk in the door. It’s gross. Second, the customer service you receive is none. No smiles, no hello, nothing. Originally I wanted to be overly kind so maybe the bearded gentlemen would eventually be nice to me, but a recent experience where I was returning a bunch of Amazon returns and had gotten them mixed up he shouted at me, sighed at me, puffed at me and overall let me know just how exasperating his experience with me was. I had the audacity to have a confusing Amazon return and was really messing up his day. It’s unfortunate that he is so unfriendly and has a bad day every day and that he takes it out completely on his customers. I have to make trips to UPS on a weekly basis due to my job and now I have to travel further to not have to worry about how he will treat me and how rude he will be that day. No one should have to feel this way when walking into a customer service oriented store front.

  The elderly proprietor here is rude and obnoxious. First, he man handles my phone since he doesn’t seem to know how to use a scanner. Then, when I question items on a receipt, this gem says “you don’t see two items there?” I’ll drive elsewhere. Customer service is at the bottom of their priority list that’s for sure.

  This gentleman was so very helpful & confident he could ship our fragile items half way across the world to our home. He was right - he did! We received the crystal goblets in perfect order & they arrived the day after we got home - perfect timing too. Thank you UPS Store Lighthouse Ave.
