  I had an issue with a package getting lost and the team of Chevese and the office manager Janet went above and beyond to find the package and ensure delivery. I judge a company by what it does when things don’t go perfect and they went above and beyond.

  FedEx delivery estimates are false hope. They could do much better. Paying extra for fast delivery doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

  The customer service is seriously lacking. After being on the phone for an hour with customer service on two separate occasions, I went to pick up the package (out of my way), and it wasn’t there. I was “guaranteed” it would be there. The CSR at the Monterey branch acted like she didn’t even care. I wish I could choose who ships my packages.
