  Their "advanced phone system" sucks, and wont connect you to anyone. Im missing a package worth thosands of dollars and ot wont understand the tracking number, or transfer me to a human. NEVER USE FED EX FOR IMPORTANT PACKAGES!!!!!!!!!

  I had an issue with a package getting lost and the team of Chevese and the office manager Janet went above and beyond to find the package and ensure delivery. I judge a company by what it does when things don’t go perfect and they went above and beyond.

  FedEx delivery estimates are false hope. They could do much better. Paying extra for fast delivery doesn't seem to make much of a difference.
