I note lower ratings, but every time I’ve been there it’s been great. Courteous, helpful.

I just had the best experience any human could ever have shipping something, August went above and beyond! I brought in my own box to ship a present to my friend and it was going to be 200+ but he decided to try and use a fed ex box to see the cost to help me get a deal and it was less than 60$, i am so amazed and the customer service. Wow, never shipping any where else again, thank you August!! You are amazing!!

5 stars for August the mans a freaking myth a legend. Most companies don't care about deedlines or there customers. Bro was patient even tho I came in just before close. He took care of me and my anxious frazzled mind. fixed me right up and sent me on my way thanks August. Hope you the best

August gave a call when an important parcel from Cornerstone First Mortgage/Arizona was ready for pickup at this FedEx Office Monday morning: 10:17am. Amazing. Seeing that it left Oakland California earlier that morning. Reliability is unmatched. Thank You!📦😇🙏🕊️♥️
