  August gave a call when an important parcel from Cornerstone First Mortgage/Arizona was ready for pickup at this FedEx Office Monday morning: 10:17am. Amazing. Seeing that it left Oakland California earlier that morning. Reliability is unmatched. Thank You!📦😇🙏🕊️♥️

  I really enjoy coming to this FedEx location. Over the years, the team has gotten to know me and they’re always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The store is consistently clean and inviting, which makes every visit pleasant and efficient. It’s clear they take pride in both their space and their customer service. Highly recommend this location for anyone who values a welcoming and professional shipping experience.

  Worst service and rude employees that interrupt you and refuse to help you. I even tried calling corporate to complain about this particular employees attitude and apparently they don't accept complaints. FedEx needs to review who they have employed there because they are incredibly rude

  I was yelled by this brown skin color dark hair lady because I did something wrong by their definition. To me, they follow their own instructions what is most convenient for them not for customers. They do not even try to help customers to get things done. Overall the customer service at this shop is horrible. I won't use this shop anymore.
