We went in person to pay a bill and his office is no longer at this address. I called the office phone number on the statement and there was no reply or new location information. I got notice that I haven't paid for my car insurance for six months. I have been paying on time according to my checkbook. Now my license will be suspended in June! All this mess because his business moved!!!

Been with this office for 20 plus years. They are always willing to answer the phone and help!

I've had very few claims, but when I did Allstate came to the rescue immediately and did a wonderful job. I have only good things to say about this company.
