  We went in person to pay a bill and his office is no longer at this address. I called the office phone number on the statement and there was no reply or new location information. I got notice that I haven't paid for my car insurance for six months. I have been paying on time according to my checkbook. Now my license will be suspended in June! All this mess because his business moved!!!

  I am seriously disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from my agent. Where is he? Should I change agents? Should I change companies?

  I emailed my agent on February 18 and it’s now February 26 with no reply back. When you call the office it goes through all of this automated then on home for 15+ minutes. Not very good customer service if you ask me.

  Christopher Thom has been our agent for many years, including through the loss of our home by fire. He has been friendly, helpful and proactive in making sure our policy was in good order.
