This is my second stay. Good location, clean, well kept. There's plenty of free garage parking. The only drawback is NO AC if that's something you need. As it's near the water, it's generally cool. The rooms have overhead fans. As well, BW has put an extra oscillating fan in each room.

For a 3-star hotel, this was excellent! The double bed was super comfortable for a great sleep in a very spacious room. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good enough with some different hot and cold options available (not the greatest but still very good). Free tea and coffee available from reception throughout the day. Although a little older property, still very highly recommended.
