  I’ve been here serval times. The employees are always extremely helpful with great attitudes. Every visit here is pleasant, positive and easy. They always take care of you. They often get pretty busy. & always acknowledge customers that they will be with them shortly. 10/10 customers service.

  My wife and I had an excellent experience with Phong at The UPS Store. He was professional, thorough, and made sure the entire notary process went smoothly from start to finish. He carefully reviewed everything, confirmed that all documents were completed correctly, returned our IDs promptly, and made sure we received all of our receipts before we left. His attention to detail and customer service gave us confidence that everything was handled properly.
