  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. Emily, Ariana, and Kayla are especially amazing—they are welcoming, patient, and always go above and beyond to help. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Thank you for always providing such great service!

  I visited this store for a pack-and-ship service for a heavy item (~50lbs) I sold online. I was initially charged over $100, which seemed reasonable since I don't have much experience shipping items this large. The staff told me it would take some time to pack, so I came back an hour later...only to find out that the box wasn’t included in the price I had already paid. Worse, this didn’t even include the actual shipping cost, which was going to be another $100+. At that point, I was done in my mind. I was only going to make less than $20 after auction fees and packing costs, and my main goal was just to send the item to a new home instead of turning it into e-waste. With the ballooning costs, I canceled my order and refunded the buyer. I’m giving them 3 stars because the staff themselves were incredibly friendly and courteous. I asked for a discount and they gave me a 20% coupon on the packing service without question, and they even helped me carry the item back to my car. I know these stores are franchised and the experience can vary, but management please do better at disclosing the total upfront costs (packing, box, and shipping) before charging a customer.
