  This is the worst FedEx location I have ever visited. The female customer service representative here was very cold and unhelpful.

  I had a good experience here. I needed a 36”x48” poster printed by next day. CVS, Walgreens, Staples, and Office Depot had this size option, but it would take 3-10 business days. FedEx at this Monterey Park location had this size option available for pick up in-store on the next day (other locations near this zip code said 2-3 days). I submitted my file online and received email confirmation. The next morning around 8 or 9 AM, they called me to confirm the printing specifications. Then I received an email that it was done about 1.5-2 hours later. There’s plenty of parking here. Chipotle is next door. I would come back for printing services.

  When you come and ask for help the people here do the bare minimum. They’d rather be talking to each other and dust books than help. I asked to get simple help and the associate Carla said it was self explanatory and walked away. Clearly if I’m asking for help this wasn’t it. The assistant manager walked over and never apologized for how this associated acted. RUDE !

  WENT TO THE FACULTY THEY REFUSED TO TAKE A PACKAGE BECAUSE IT WAS WARPED WITH A WHITE PACKING PAPER OVERNIGHT SERVICE . IF YOU GUYS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM PLEASE COMPLAIN IT IS RIDICULES TO HAVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE. SENT WITH OTHER PROVIDER NO ISSUE
