    I stopped by this UPS Store on the 20th just to see what they had in stock and ended up finding something to buy. The shop was actually really well-staffed, and the team was super friendly and professional. It was a great experience and the prices were very affordable. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in the area!

    The staff member was extremely rude to my wife. She raised her voice and spoke to her in a condescending manner in front of other customers, all while on a FaceTime call. The interaction was so upsetting that my wife went home in tears. My wife was wearing a hijab, and while I cannot say with certainty whether that played a role, the behavior felt targeted and deeply unprofessional.
