  As soon as I walked into the franchise I noticed one employee had her personal phone on the preparation bar while attending a video call. I was so disgusted. As the other employee rudely began to take my order, I had to repeat myself about 8 times because both employees were distracted by whatever personal situation they were tending to on the call. When I paid for my order I asked for a receipt and I was told that there was no receipt paper but I was welcomed to "take a picture, if you'd like". Next time I'll just drive to a further location.
