I should have looked at the reviews before coming here now I understand why this place only has 2.5 stars. Do NOT come here to return Amazon packages.
I watched the person in front of me get turned away even though the package was unopened and still in the exact Amazon packaging it was delivered in. The employee said that if the return states “customer packaging,” he cannot accept the package unless it’s repackaged. Then I got turned away too for two unopened packages that still had the Amazon labels on them.
I’ve returned Amazon packages many times in the same exact condition and never had an issue before. When I mentioned that other UPS Stores had accepted them like this before, he told me that if those stores did it, then I could go back to one of those stores instead.
He also said this is a family-owned business and that they “follow the rules.” The whole interaction felt rude and unnecessarily difficult. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Rude rude rude rude rude.... first bad experience. Usually everyone is so helpful, the man today was a big jerk!!!!

Wouldn’t take my Amazon package, went to the UPS store in Claremont and they took it no problem. Don’t waste your time here.
I had a great experience at this UPS Store and wanted to share it, especially since I noticed some of the reviews here are negative.
Just before coming to this location, I went to a different UPS Store where they laminated my document, but unfortunately the text came out blurry and hard to read. I decided to try this location instead, and I’m so glad I did.
The gentleman who helped me was incredibly attentive and professional. He made sure I was completely happy with the print quality before laminating it, and he asked thoughtful questions along the way to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That level of care really stood out to me.
Overall, I was very pleased with the service. He truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this location to others.

I was retrieving legal documents from my email for the first time, I am a Senior citizen with a cognitive impairment and I am not TECH Savey.The man with the Tattoos did his best to first of all Punk Me for my lack of computer knowledge. Second he said that the email was not sent correctly when he had Given my documents to another customer that was in the store. With out apologies he continued to argue and not take Responsibility for his very Bad Behavior. I told him that I was going to report him and he responded go ahead report me to the police.As I walked out he Ranted to me you don't even know how to send a email. This Man has zero manners and I will never go back to that store again. If my documents are Confidential and he allows another customer to Walk out of the store with them who knows what Disaster can become of such incompetent behavior.
