  I can’t say enough good things about Nic and the service at this UPS Store. He is always so welcoming, kind, and helpful, and somehow makes even a quick shipping stop a pleasant experience. 😊 I actually drive all the way from Riverside to come to this location because I know I’ll always be taken care of. Nic is professional, efficient, and consistently goes above and beyond to help. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and his definitely deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend this location!

  I would not recommend this UPS Store, whether you’re returning Amazon packages, shipping something, or going in for printing services. I’m not sure if the gentleman I encountered is the owner or an employee, but I found him extremely rude and condescending toward customers. I’ve been to this location twice, and unfortunately, I had a similar experience both times. The most recent time, I waited in line for about 30 minutes before finally deciding to leave. The store also seemed understaffed, which made the wait unnecessarily long. After giving this location a second chance, I will not be returning. There are other UPS Store locations nearby where I’ve had much better customer service. I would recommend considering another location before coming here.

  This store is my go to. If you know what you need to do with your package, (ie:pack it yourself because of Amazon, tape it closed, etc), you will find your experience to be quick and painless. The man with the tattoos is super helpful and will do whatever he can to help you. He is a 5 star employee.

  More unprofessionalism for the 2nd time coming to this location. Worker gave lip about amazon returns and telling us that we should "read the description" to figure out if it needed a box or not. Being talked to like that over a simple misunderstanding isn't necessary when a simple clarification with just a tad of professional would have been appreciated.
