  The WORST UPS I’ve ever been to. Every other UPS store I’ve ever been to had employees that were always on top of helping you and making sure your package was secure right infront of you. This UPS didn’t want to put my items in a box until I left the store even though I already paid for tape, the box, and other packing materials. They proceeded to have me wait 30 minutes in order to pack my item and proceed to ask me personal questions about the item when they had no reason to ask it. It felt like an invasion of privacy. I will NEVER go to this UPS and I recommend you also NEVER go to this UPS.

  I've been using the services of this store for years, since they opened. Notary, packing, shipping, etc. I was delivered a package by UPS that was open and damaged, with items missing. So I brought it to return it with a prepaid label to this store. I was told they can't accept it because of "driver safety" even though that's exactly how I received it from their driver. No suggestions of what to do next or how to get this package back. No offer to sell me a new box, or tape, or anything. It was a "no" and "get out"...

  The door reads open 7 days a week. the store hours say they are closed on Sundays. I hope this gets fixed to avoid further confusion and people's time.
