  Had to print out a photo to place in a frame. It was for a recently deceased family member. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful in providing the right size for the frame we brought in. Even though it got busy with other customers, she remained composed and even reprinted/recut the image because she felt it wasn’t done correctly the first time. She was professional, cordial, and service oriented. We all should hope she never gets hit by a bus. (This was something said during our interaction and not some crazy statement) Anyways, thank you very much to Kaitlyn and the team!

  I was there to drop off a return. Came across with Kaitlyn who was very courteous and helpful. Went out of her way to cover up the primary label on the package. Kudos to her!
