We were greeted with very kind and respectful customer service very knowledgeable staff. Our food was served in a timely manner as well as absolutely delicious. I’d like to personally think Isaac & Citlali!!!!

I've been coming to wingstop for years. I crave it more often than I do any other takeout food. But I've been ordering here less and less.
Four of the eight times that I've ordered delivery through the website from this location over the past six months parts of my order have been missing. Once was just the ranch. That sucks but not the biggest deal. The other three times the wings were either wrong or missing entirely.
That fourth time was just a few days ago. My hopes were very low that the order would be correct, but I still wanted to hope and I really wanted some wings. So when most of what I got was not what I ordered I screamed.
I do appreciate the efforts the managers have made to make things right.
When they forgot the ranch we were able to drive over and pick them up and they tossed in a brownie. Each time they messed up the wings they offered to remake them for me if I could come in and pick them up or add them to a future order at a later date.
One of these times I phoned ahead and let them know and was told they would add it to the order. Then they still forgot to actually add it. I did inform the staff and one of them remade the entire order for me which I really appreciated. But I would appreciate it so much more if it could just be made correct in the first place.
I know mistakes happen. But after four times in just a few months I am just so irritated and upset.

Whilst everything is always great from a customer perspective (I love wingstop!), I don't love this wingstop from a food delivery perspective.
I don't know which employees need to know this, hence why I'm writing this, but Dashers and Uber Eats Delivery people are NOT ALLOWED TO FILL UP DRINKS! That is YOUR job. Not ours. We do not carry a FHC. You do. Yes, it's probably easier for us to just fill up a drink, it's not hard, we don't actually care, it's legally not allowed. Drivers are independent contractors responsible for picking up prepared orders, not food handling or preparation. This needs to be revisited!
