  Worst customer service in any of the wingstops I’ve been too Carmen is the worst district manager who doesn’t care about keeping her loyal customers drove to buy food got my order got home to find my fries not the in the bag obviously had to drive back and get them or get a refund for them wasted gas and wasted time just to get told they would just refund my fries gas is pricy now days had to pay that and extra just for their mistake

  I believe in second chances, I had this issue before. I agreed to try again with a friend. Same bullshit. I ordered buffalo sauce. These are dry as the tumbleweeds here. Just as dry as this town. So sick of this shit.

  ​"They forgot to put my large ranch in the bag. I called them, but three different people couldn't get my name right or find my receipt number. They then asked if I wanted to come to the store to pick up the ranch. I told them I just had a procedure on my leg, so picking it up isn't even an option. This isn't the first time they have messed up my order or missed an item." I had the food delivered through the wingstop app (FYI)
