Exceptional customer service and care for my packages. I was in a situation where I basically had to ship my entire life in boxes from Modesto and this location exceeded my every expectation when it came to their friendliness, advice, pricing, and excellent packing. I can't recommend this store enough. They even have more flexible hours for us working people!

Won’t take Amazon package even though it states on Amazon that it needs to be in a box. I boxed it up and they’re stating needs to be in a special box. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Amazon should stop using them as a return site. Very rude costumer service.
