Great customer service, I had to send an email and cc'd myself to make sure it sent. After 7 minutes or so, I still hadn't received the email. I asked them to check on their end and I had misspelled my own email!!!! Ugh They were generous enough to resend the file to my correct email address. They were not only very helpful, but very patient and considerate with me. I will definitely use them again!

Great experience every time we visit this UPS Store in Modesto. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, make sure packages are handled properly, and keep everything moving quickly even when they’re busy. Customer service is consistently excellent, and the store is always clean and well organized. It’s nice having a place you can count on where the employees actually make you feel welcome and are willing to help with whatever you need. Definitely recommend this location for shipping, returns, printing, and other business needs. Five stars!
