I went to the ups on carpenter and they kept fighting with me that I needed a box for my Amazon return when I had received the item as is so I brought it here to the standiford location and they were so friendly and easy they made the process a breeze

I live near Carpenter and Woodland, so the Carpenter UPS is closer, but they don’t do baby passport photos. I had to visit the Standiford UPS. I made two trips because we wore light clothes, and they recommended darker outfits to avoid “floating heads.” Both visits were great. The staff was so patient—even with my three-week-old baby! It was tricky getting the right photo, but they stayed kind and helpful. They even let me feed him when he got fussy. Great staff—highly recommend

I’ve had my mailbox with The UPS Store for several years, and they have always been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The staff consistently go above and beyond, and they make everything easy and stress-free. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
Gofo delivered my package to this UPS Store location even though I do not have a mailbox or account there. In my opinion, the package should have been refused rather than accepted.
When I first came in, I was told I could retrieve the package by paying a fee, but shortly afterward I was told the package could not be located.
At this point, neither I nor the sender has received the package back, and there has been no clear explanation regarding what happened to it. I have disputed the transaction with my card issuer and am documenting all communications and tracking records related to this matter.
If the package is not returned to either me or the sender, I intend to file a police report and explore available civil remedies. I encourage management to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

I have been using this UPS location for about five years, and I can honestly say they are absolutely amazing. I am a reseller, so I drop off packages almost every day, sometimes several times a day, and over the years I have shipped thousands of items through them. I have never had a single lost package or problem.
This is a family-owned location, and you can really feel the difference. The people here are hardworking, professional, accurate, polite, and genuinely helpful. They check everything carefully, move quickly, and make the shipping process smooth and stress-free every time.
What makes this place special is not only the excellent service, but also the way they treat customers. After coming here for so many years, often with my son, it feels more like a friendly community than just a shipping store. They always greet people warmly, ask how you are doing, and create a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
For anyone who ships often, especially small business owners or resellers, I highly recommend this location. Fast service, reliable shipping, great people, and a level of care that is very hard to find these days. Five stars is not enough — they truly deserve the best possible review.
