  Staff were very kind. I didnt think to bring change or cash to pay for orinter transaction fee so they covered me for it. I was willing to pay in credit card however unfortunately it wasn't a viable option understandably. They were awesome for helping me out!

  Had a very frustrating issue with my phone requiring me to send it back to Amazon not only did they make my day they made what otherwise would be a gigantic pain into a relaxed moment my appreciation to this store in and out in like 2 minutes thankfully there ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

  We are so grateful to have this UPS store in our neighborhood. The store is always perfectly clean, I have never had to wait, they are extremely friendly and helpful. We even will pay extra when we have to in order to bring our Amazon returns here just to support this great business.

  My father died a week ago, and I had to ship a number of fragile and some extremely sentimental items across two states. Katherine assured me that each item would be carefully packaged., and she made note of one of the items that had belonged to my dad and was most meaningful to me. All six boxes arrived within a week's time, and not one item was broken. They had been packaged with the utmost care. Within hours of their delivery, Katherine rang me personally to say that she tracked their delivery, and to confirm that everything arrived in good condition. She remembered how much my dad's fly-tying box mattered to me, and asked about it specifically. I didn't believe that customer service like this existed anymore. It gives me hope.

  How the owner greets the people and works alongside his employees. I especially want to acknowledge Katherine who goes beyond perfection in every way. She greets with her beautiful smile and kindness. Katherine treats my special packages like china. I will only mail from their UPS store. She even takes time to help if I have difficulty with my app!!! She is the best and well as Jaskamal. The owner hires the team to surround him.
