Lately the service at this Subway location has dropped to an unbelievably low standard. One of the workers consistently shows zero effort or care in the way she prepares food. The sandwiches come out sloppy, low‑quality, and nothing like what you’d expect from a place that used to have decent service.
Most of the time she’s on her phone, sitting behind the counter instead of helping customers. The atmosphere has completely changed — you can feel the lack of energy and respect the moment you walk in. Other employees seem uncomfortable, and it’s obvious there’s favoritism going on because they’re treated poorly while she does whatever she wants.
The last straw was when I sent my little brother to pick up an online order. The instructions were written clearly, yet she still didn’t toast the sandwiches and acted rude and dismissive when he asked about it. Online orders should be the easiest thing to get right, and even that wasn’t done properly.
It’s no surprise the foot traffic has dropped. When customers are treated with no effort, no respect, and no professionalism, they stop coming back.
Management seriously needs to address this before the location loses even more business.
