Came in for a quick lunch date with my son.
My son has been working on gaining confidence needed to speak for himself, and money handling skills.
EVAN was amazing with helping us out.
He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient while we ordered our meals separately.
Our sandwiches were made nicely and not just thrown together sloppy.

These people have no idea what customer service is. I came in to get me a sandwich and then I asked the woman that was making them to cut him in three pieces. 4. In each I was getting a footlong sandwich. Of course she did not listen so she caught it into four slices. I was asking her about this new sandwich that they have is supposed to be a protein and I want to know they have four different kind. I was reading what the ingredients was and to see which one I wanted and she looked at me and she says I know what I put in his sandwich. I said to her yes I'm sure you know what you put in each sandwich. However, I don't know this or new sandwiches and I wanted no what each sandwich has and she gave me an attitude. So after that I go. You know what forget about the second sandwich. Just give me the the footlong the 12 in and cut them in three pieces. And I asked four banana peppers and a separate container and I wanted two small container. She just does not listen again. She caught my sandwich and four pieces instead of three and she only gave me one container of the banana peppers then the stupid car machine. Then I take my credit card because I have an American Express even though they still they take an American Express. We ran it three times, did not take it off. You sing another credit card that I normally do not use it just for emergency. It's just like the whole thing with such a disaster. At the end she did say I can make your sandwich but at that time it was too late. She helped another customer in between because I was waiting to pay for my sandwich because the machine was not taking my American Express card. When it comes to customer service they don't know what customer service is and the owner the gentleman there. He didn't say anything he just didn't care. All he wanted was for me to pay for my sandwich

Dry/stale bread…owner blamed toasting…but I have ordered the same sandwich for years. It was dry bread. I will continue, just not at that location.

The white bread roll didn't taste right to me the sandwich wasn't that flavorful but it filled me up. I would try again picking different things.
