I ordered two sandwiches, both made incorrectly. I went back and asked for them to be remade. Raj, as her name tag stated, refused to remake the sandwiches. She opened them and saw the ingredients were not there but still refused to remake them; she smirked and said “no.” She had both of my incorrectly made sandwiches and refused to remake them and just stood there was a smirk on her face; so I asked for a refund, she proceeded to again, say no. How are you going to refuse to remake my food that I paid for and you made incorrectly, then refuse a refund when I gave you both sandwiches back that were still full? I could understand if they were eaten, but they were not. She eventually called her manager and she said I could get a refund and apologized for her employees behavior. A manager/supervisor should always be present especially if your employees only understand a language that is very little populated, I should not have had to talk to a manager over the phone because the employee, Raj, didn’t know how to translate what the manager was saying into English. Absolutely horrible “customer service.”

Just had a Subway sandwich and it was honestly great! 🥪 Everything tasted fresh, the bread was soft, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings.got cookie platter. So yummy and fresh delicious cookies! Perfect quick meal when you’re on the go—definitely hit the spot!
Best place to eat out, hands down. The employee was amazing too—great customer service that made the whole experience even better! The store was also very clean, which made it even more enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Literally the worst subway location. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS come here! I ordered sandwiches for my two kids to grab on their walk home from minimum day so I could meet them at home. The lady and guy that are always there literally denied making a sandwich for my daughter because they didn’t receive it in the system however, my daughter provided a screenshot of the order, time and the details of the sandwhich. There was NO ONE in there. I had to come from work to go in and ask for a refund or sand which. Then they said “we’ll make it this time but not next time” come to find out the sandwhich was already made and they didn’t see it. Worst place please save yourself!
This is for the girl working on counter around 1pm. She was very rude since. I got confused on my order and she got upset. There was no one else in the place but she put up such an attitude with us. Stop working in food places if you don't know how to act. Don't you know that it all comes out in the food. Sure enough our sandwiches were the worst. I will not be giving Subway my business anymore
