  I've had multiple packages delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. It has happened several times, and it's becoming extremely frustrating. It seems like some drivers are not properly verifying addresses before marking packages as delivered. Instead of attempting to contact the customer when they can't locate an address, they deliver the package somewhere else. What's even more disappointing is FedEx's customer service. Every time I report the issue, a case is opened, but within a few hours it's closed as "resolved" or simply states that the package was delivered—even though it was delivered to the wrong address. There is little to no effort to actually investigate or correct the problem. Customers shouldn't have to worry about whether their packages will end up at the correct address. FedEx needs to better train its drivers and improve the way delivery issues are handled.

  The attention at this facility it’s fantastic and I’m highly recommend to everyone, I’m so pleased with the treatment and the doctor and the assistance are great, they are a very professional and so deep to the heart, I love everything and this office will be my preference for ever.   had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I was specifically instructed by a customer service representative to come in between 5:30–7:00 PM to pick up my package. I arrived at 6:45 PM, only to be told by the employee at the counter that I couldn’t pick it up because it had already been loaded onto a truck for next-day delivery. She then told me to call customer service to request a location pickup—exactly what I had already done, which is why I was there in the first place. When I explained this, she became dismissive, threw her hands up, said she wasn’t going to argue with me, and essentially brushed me off. I politely asked to speak with a manager, and she initially refused. After insisting, she eventually returned with my package. However, when I provided my permanent resident card as identification, she incorrectly stated that it was not a valid form of ID. At that point, it turned 7:00 PM, and she refused to continue helping me, claiming the system had shut off. Thankfully, a manager stepped in, handled the situation professionally, scanned my driver’s license, and completed the process without issue. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. I was treated poorly despite following the exact instructions given by FedEx customer service.
