  I've been going in at around 5-6 pm and the service has been amazing. I had the Fedex easy returns to process, and the staff made everything super easy and straight forward. I had 3 larger packages to process and drop off, so I brought a small cart with me. The delivery driver picking up packages at this location even held the door open for me. It only took the staff at the counter maybe 10 minutes to process all 3 of my larger packages. Quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

  Izriel is awesome! So helpful, good energy. This location had cute office stuff too. Staff is patient & helpful. 🌟

  Terrible attitude by the Caucasian lady. She was just cold and mean! I was frustrated to begin with because, except for one, none of the codes for printing that I emailed to them were received. She was rude and did nothing to help me. However the younger Hispanic guy Izriel was very helpful and sympathetic. With his help, I was able to print all my documents for work! The Caucasian lady just watch me leave and didn't even say goodbye. Just terrible service! It seems like the lady the manager and Izriel is the subordinate. If so the roads should be reversed and the lady needs to work on her people skills if she's going to work with the public.

  Today I went into the store to return a few things and was helped by Luis.I hope I’m spelling the name rt. My gosh he was phenomenal awesome customer service a delight to talk to regarding issues on why I was returning very informative. Luis is the type of customer representative we need in today’s world with such negativity and rudeness. Luis was opposite upbeat friendly and very positive in the way he carried on a conversation and his personality which I loved

  Employees were so freaking helpful! even one loading or unloading his truck got my pool package and put it on the dolly for us and took it inside. So friendly
