  ​Terrible customer service from the assistant manager. While the store manager here is amazing, the assistant manager at this Plaza Parkway location is incredibly condescending and contentious. She actually told me that I "never understand anything" when she speaks to me. ​It is entirely unacceptable for a leader to talk down to customers and blame them for a breakdown in communication. She lacks basic respect and patience—be careful who you deal with at this location.

  Delivery drive truck number 407449 on June 11 Turlock area leaves packages at the end my disability ramp not at door step leaving my medication in the sun causing it it go bad

  The staff here is no Help have to jump through multiple hoops just for a printed document, and after 15 minutes I still received no help. The staff here needs a class in customer service. I had the same job completed at the UPS office on carpenter in under three minutes

  Very kind and helpful staff. I live out of town and forgot some items at the office, but Guedelia and Lynette graciously helped me through making an account and shipped them back home! Also clean bathroom.
