  My elderly parents came in today needing simple assistance, and what they received from Ashley was nothing short of disgraceful. She was openly rude, dismissive, and made it very clear she had no interest in helping them. Watching someone speak to seniors with that level of disrespect was shocking and completely unprofessional. Ashley refused to provide even the most basic customer service, acted inconvenienced by their questions, and made them feel like they were a burden for simply asking for help. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior from anyone representing a business. I want management to be fully aware that this wasn’t a minor attitude issue — it was a complete failure in professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency. I will be reporting Ashley and the entire incident to ensure this is addressed. No customer, and certainly no elderly person, should ever be treated this way.

  Acudí a esta sucursal en el horario que se supone que está abierto pero la persona dentro de tienda dice que ya estaba cerrado fui a las 3:00 y se supone que cierran a las 7:00.....

  Great costumer service and friendly workers. They where very helpful with making sure I left the store as a Happy Customer. If the wall plug for the phone charger was included with the charging cable and phone it would have got CRICKET store a Five Star REVIEW. I am still a HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank you CRICKET for my NEW PHONE. My mother helped me get a SAMSUNG GALAXY A16 G5.

  I hate cricket even if u already have had a phone and Sim card the make u pay 25$ for a new one
