    It’s amazing how salty these wings are. They must have baked their wings in salt oven. It’s not even edible.

    If I could give the service a 0, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! After placing a pick up order, my husband went in to pick it up. There was only one family inside with 2 workers helping, my husband walked in and up to the counter, a female walked over , saw him and didn’t say one word, another customer then walked in after, and she immediately offered to help him, and didn’t even acknowledge my husband. When my husband asked the customer if he had already placed an order or something, he said, nope, I’m just a driver, my husband tells him, how he hasn’t been helped, the female worker, standing directly in front of them, looks at my husband, and then looks at the other man, and still only offers service to the other man. WOW!!! Guess your skin has to be a certain color, to be acknowledged!!

    Staff was super friendly! Welcoming, helpful, patient and muy amables. The wings were well made as i ordered them extra crispy, tasteful, everything was great. All these people here with negative comments literally only review to say something bad, never to say how good it is

    Poor customer service, I wanted a refund bc the lady messed up my order and they were being rude about the situation as if it wasn't their fault. Kept staring at us while we ate and they didn't greet or say bye to us even though they did say bye to other customers. They were just doing too much and making a big deal out of me not wanting to pay for something I didn't order. If only they put in as much effort into their customer service as they did with this whole situation. Don't know whats up with their system but they couldn't refund my money and they gave me store credit for only that specific store so I had to come back where we were greeted with even worse attitude. Nasty place with nasty people, have class please

    Sauces were pretty good. I tried the original hot, bbq, Korean, and the jerk rub. Chicken is good quality. Ranch is good. Service seemed a bit slow, but at least it appears they make it to order. Also the employees seemed like if you were asking them for something you were bothering them. Like I went over to ask for a fork because there weren’t any by the napkins/drink dispenser. And they seemed like they wanted me to go away
