  The store personnel was silent, not talking at all, and eating while taking care of my requests. He was pointing me at what POS to go without opening his mouth… crazy…Very annoying and unprofessional. Store management, I’ve been going to your store for years but this is not acceptable as the rest of your employees are typically very respectful and caring.

  The Asian guy at the front desk was very impatient. I was there last Friday and felt was rushed and there was no customers in the store. Extremely disappointed

  Made an appointment online for a notary. Received an email confirmation and then an email reminder the next day. Arrived for the appointment time and was told, “We don’t have a notary. We don’t see those appointments, so there’s nothing we can do.” I showed them the confirmation and the just shrugged. Luckily, the Laguna Hills location had a notary and took us as a walk in.
