  The Asian guy at the front desk was very impatient. I was there last Friday and felt was rushed and there was no customers in the store. Extremely disappointed

  Made an appointment online for a notary. Received an email confirmation and then an email reminder the next day. Arrived for the appointment time and was told, “We don’t have a notary. We don’t see those appointments, so there’s nothing we can do.” I showed them the confirmation and the just shrugged. Luckily, the Laguna Hills location had a notary and took us as a walk in.

  NOTE: their notary services is only between 10am-5pm. I specifically looked for this and it didn't seem to mention the correct hours when I googled "Notary UPS" - just said "open now". this is meant as an advisory in case someone needs Notary services. The overall experience was good - I just had to go back later after 10am. No biggie.
