I pointed out that they were preparing subs on an unclean surface. Their response (server: Letty) was that this was the best they could do, and that I didn’t have to come back if I didn’t want to.

My son accidentally ordered his sandwich to the wrong location, which we understand was his mistake. We weren’t expecting a refund or special treatment — just basic courtesy. Unfortunately, when he called, the employee responded with, “I don’t really care and there’s nothing I can do,” then hung up on him- which came across as very rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but kindness costs nothing.
I usually love the food and service at this Subway. BUT YESTERDAY I ORDERED A 12" cheese steak sub for the first time ever.
With my first bite I knew that I was in trouble. The beef terrible, with so much gristle! I spit it out and tried two more bites with the same results.
I couldn't eat any more and threw it

The employee are always friendly and fast and make the best sandwiches!! Definitely my place!!
