  There are some incredibly rude employees at this location. I had a large item to return to Amazon in my car and after processing smaller items, the employee let me wait in a long line again instead of helping me upon immediate return with larger item. When I contacted the owner, he told me this was not acceptable behavior from the employer and he would call me back and after writing down all my personal information, the owner never bothered to contact me at all. I now drive out of my way to go to any other UPS locations. Obviously, the owner is as rude as some of his employees and after 3 years of unfriendy nonsense, I warn everyone to avoid this business and UPS location.

  First, UPS delivers to this place instead of the address I gave them, then because my DL was lost which was another problem I had to handle I thought luckily I downloaded and received my CA DMV wallet app and can buy alcohol, tabacco, but not pick up my package with the official app. The guy tells me theres no such thing without investigating. Instead though I get to listen his lecture. So I told him to keep the package. In hindsight he wasn't much to blame but to take your job that seriously is a bit frustrating.

  Customer service was not at all expected even if the store was empty be an example worker for coming into work every other day even if you have an attitude of a nine year old.
