  I had another great experience at The UPS Store on Milpitas Boulevard. Today, Young helped me, and he was friendly, professional, and very efficient. A couple of days ago, I was also assisted by a young woman who provided excellent customer service. Since this location came under new management, the level of service has improved tremendously. The entire team is welcoming—they greet customers as soon as they walk in, are quick to help with return packages, provide receipts promptly, and clearly explain where to find the tracking number so you can monitor your return and know when to expect your refund. I think some people still remember the poor service under the previous owners, but this store has truly turned things around. The new management has built a team that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend this location to friends and family. Keep up the excellent work!

  I have visited this UPS Store several times for Amazon returns. Each time, there seemed to be some kind of extra charge involved. I understand some services may not be free, but the fees should be explained more clearly before the return is processed. Customers should confirm any charges upfront. ----------------------------------------------- Update after the owner’s response: I understand that label printing or packaging may cost extra in some Amazon returns. But in my situation, Amazon told me to bring the item back with the packaging box, and I did bring the packaging box. The staff still asked to see my previous label and said the bag with the label on it was the actual “packaging box.” That explanation made no sense to me. I am not making a false accusation. I just feel this location is overly strict with Amazon returns and creates unnecessary charges. If you do not want to handle Amazon return business, or if every detail will be interpreted in a way that results in extra fees, then customers should be told clearly before the return is processed.

  Jane and Bethany are very great! I have a picky boss that wants a passport to have more shoulder size which annoys me. With your patience and positivity that I had been coming to this location, I feel like home. Thank you!
