  I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff member was unhelpful and refused a reasonable request to replace old lettuce in the sandwiches I ordered. Instead of addressing the concern, I was treated rudely. When I asked about the policy, the response was dismissive, and the employee did not have a visible name badge. Overall, the service and quality were unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the establishment. I want to have a conversation with the owner before reporting this to the local and state health departments

  I had a great experience at Subway Yesterday! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. The service was excellent from start to finish. Lorena was especially friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect with my order. She had a great attitude and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lorena, for the amazing service!

  Great Service and food! Mirna and Arely are so sweet and kind. They ensure that my order is correct. From now on, it will be my favorite place in the mall.
