  Counite my wandering around journey in the South Bay ( It's been 4 months since I was unhoused on my birthday ) Went to this Subway after I went to the library because I saw them accept EBT. Got here 1 hour before they close, its pretty quite and the lady who made my Sub was pretty nice and skilled. P.S they usually close at 20:00PM but on Monday and Friday they actually opening until 23:00PM which it's great ! Cheers all ! 🥖💯🐦‍⬛🦝🦄🌚🌝

  I’ve been to this Subway three times, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience every single time. The employees are consistently rude and seem unwilling to prepare the sandwich the way customers request. They don’t put enough dressing even when you specifically ask for it, the vegetables are not added properly, and when you ask for a little more vegetables or dressing, the employees sometimes make fun of you or react negatively. This is extremely unprofessional and makes customers feel uncomfortable for simply asking for what they want on their sandwich. Another issue is the lack of napkins. The dispenser often doesn’t have any napkins, and even when you ask, you may only receive two napkins for an entire sub. What’s more concerning is that this hasn’t just happened to me. My friends have experienced similar treatment at this location as well. I would strongly encourage the manager to look into this issue and address the staff’s attitude, food preparation, and basic customer service. I hope this can be improved because the quality of service should be much better.

  they are veary veary cheap. i order tuna sandwich they put smalle amount. and smalle amount for all green thinge. never com back. around 2:50 pm 8/12/2026

  Please avoid this subway at all costs. The lady at the counter was really stingy with adding vegetables. Later her attitude changed when she realized we had coupons. This subway tries to wiggle its way out of not honoring coupons. She claimed they weren't "participating" even though there was nothing in the fine print that said so. Subway franchise should take note - either they are resorting to false matketing here or not able to hold these stores accountable. A single sub footlong costs $15. One can get a full meal at one of the local restaurants - better food and healthier too. We will not be going here any more.

  There is more than one time that I paid extra money for sliced avocado but they didn’t add it. It just happened again. Please be careful when you make online order.
